Dear Friends & Well-wishers,

Our organization, Sur Nirman Educational & Cultural Society, is formed in the year 1993 and as on date, we have completed 3 decades of community service and it is still continuing with all its rigor and commitment with which we started this mission.

We are a popular and well known people among the stake holders especially in the slums and resettlement colonies of Central and East Districts of Delhi and respected for our community level interventions in these parts of Delhi.

In the past, we have taken up many important flagship programmes initiated by the Government of NCT of Delhi for the first time like the Gender Resource Centre, Mahila Panchayat and Women Self Group initiatives, etc. and completed successfully.

Thirty years of community level service and working with the marginalized and under privileged has only strengthened our commitment as the work to be done are enormous and the path to travel ahead is very long – working to address the problems of the urban poor especially in the slums and resettlement colonies of East calls for extensive human, financial and social support.

As you would agree that this is not an easy task, we need human and financial resources to sustain our work. We request all friends and well-wishers to come and help us. Your help can be of sending volunteers and interns and also providing donations to our work. We have both 12A and 80G exceptions for IT purposes for all the donations you can make.
